Preliminary Statement

Harry graduated from the esteemed Nnamdi Azikiwe University with a degree in law. He then pursued a master's degree in law at the University of Lagos, where he also earned his first postgraduate degree. Additionally, he majored in Commercial Law at the University of Hertfordshire in London. He is currently enrolled in Liberty University's PHD programme in Law in the Unites States. Harry was admitted to practise law in Nigeria in 2014 and to the Bar in England and Wales in 2022. Leading our international public law practice, Harry Nwabueze also plays a significant role in our litigation, legal compliance, and risk management practices. Harry possesses extensive expertise in adjudicating cases and practicing international public law. He provides the Firm's clients, particularly those in the oil and gas industry, with continuing legal compliance guidance. Additionally, he has defended clients in court in Nigeria in cases involving International Public Law. Harry has worked closely with lead counsels in representing clients in several litigation and international public law issues in Nigeria and the United Kingdom as a Partner in our law firm. Harry played a significant role in the team that successfully represented our clients in a well-known family inheritance dispute in 2019. Harry has provided trading and financial advice to several client's in Russia, the United States of America and Europe.
